R\u00e9gional \u00ab\u00a0La Lorraine Belge\u00a0\u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La formation du comit\u00e9 sous la Pr\u00e9sidence de Monsieur Norbert HARLANGE avait lieu le 24 avril 1968.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Et le 31 janvier 1969, le S.I. de Rachecourt d\u00e9cidait de faire cavalier seul, cessant sa collaboration avec le S.I. de St L\u00e9ger.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Les buts de l&rsquo;association<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00e9taient les suivants:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">promouvoir, par tous les moyens existants, ou de cr\u00e9er, l&rsquo;\u00e9panouissement et l&rsquo;essor de notre village.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">servir de trait d&rsquo;union entre les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s locales pour le grand bien en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">participer \u00e0 la promotion touristique et culturelle de notre r\u00e9gion.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">favoriser localement le commerce et l&rsquo;artisanat.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Depuis lors, le S.I. a suivi le chemin trac\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la collaboration de toutes les associations et cercles, ainsi qu&rsquo;\u00e0 la bonne volont\u00e9 de tous les Rachecourtois et Rachecourtoises, et ce dans de <\/span><b>nombreuses initiatives<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Illuminations de fin d&rsquo;ann\u00e9e depuis 1968<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cr\u00e9ation du club \u00ab Photosira \u00bb<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jumelage avec Rachecourt-sur-Marne en 1970<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Restauration de la Chapelle St Philippe et St Jacques en 1987-1988, \u00a0inaugur\u00e9e en 1989.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Organisation de marches Adeps depuis 1985 ou de nuit depuis 1991<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Barbecue annuel depuis 1988<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La manifestation \u00ab\u00a0Tout Rachecourt dans les pommes\u00a0\u00bb depuis 1989<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">R\u00e9alisation du monument de la pomme, inaugur\u00e9 en 1994<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un verger conservatoire d\u2019anciennes vari\u00e9t\u00e9s de pommes de notre r\u00e9gion<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fleurissement du village avec concours de maisons fleuries depuis 1968<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Participation au Challenge \u00ab\u00a0Luxembourg Province Propre et Fleurie\u00a0\u00bb depuis 1986 (Plusieurs fois laur\u00e9at, il s\u2019est d\u00e9j\u00e0 retrouv\u00e9 de nombreuses fois sur le podium)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">St Nicolas aux a\u00een\u00e9s du village depuis 1995<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Concert de No\u00ebl ou visite dans le cadre des f\u00eates de fin d\u2019ann\u00e9e depuis 1996<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">et le Feuillet \u00ab\u00a0Les Echos de Rachecourt\u00a0\u00bb distribu\u00e9 chaque semaine (chaque quinzaine depuis septembre 2005) &#8211; Ce feuillet, anciennement \u00ab\u00a0Informations Locales\u00a0\u00bb \u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 distribu\u00e9 avant la cr\u00e9ation du S.I. \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>A la pr\u00e9sidence<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, se sont succ\u00e9d\u00e9s apr\u00e8s Monsieur Norbert HARLANGE, Messieurs Jean DAUVENT, Raymond \u00a0ROCHUS et Jos\u00e9 BOSSELER.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Etabli en ASBL \u00e0 la date du 26 juin 2004<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, \u00a0il est devenu Syndicat d\u2019Initiative de Rachecourt, section locale du Syndicat d\u2019Initiative d\u2019Aubange, le 06 janvier 2005, faisant partie de la Maison du Tourisme d\u2019Arlon.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Rappelons que le S.I. est l\u2019affaire de chacun d\u2019entre nous et que tous les habitants de Rachecourt en font partie de droit, que l\u2019on soit membre d\u2019une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 ou \u00e0 titre individuel. <\/b> <b> \u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Les informations locales annon\u00e7aient le 23 mars 1968 la cr\u00e9ation du S.I. de Rachecourt, adh\u00e9rant au S.I.
